Shipping Methods and Rates

ShopMacklems.com currently uses Canada Post for shipments. For local orders, we offer free pickup at our store location. ShopMacklems.com ships to Southern Ontario only. For a list of postal codes that we ship to, please refer to the chart below. On orders over $50.00 ShopMacklems.com provides a shipping credit of up to $25.00. If your freight charges are over $25.00 we will call you, so you know your costs. If your shipping costs are $25.00 or less, we pay the shipping!

Please note ShopMacklems.com reserves the right to not ship and cancel an order for any reason. For insurance purposes all packages will require a signature.

Canceling an order:

Please email sales@macklems.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. The return policy will be used.

Refusal of Delivery:

Any order refused is charged a $25.00 fee and the customer is totally responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Damaged Product:

Damaged product must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damage prior to opening the package(s) and email the pictures to sales@macklems.com along with your receipt.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to Macklem’s due to incorrect shipping information from the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.

Returning Products Purchased On line (In Store)

Products purchased online are able to be returned to:
MACKLEM’S – 2223 Dundas St West – Toronto, Ontario M6R 1X6
for a refund /exchange. Internet Store receipt must be present for all returns.

Upon receiving your order; customers have up to 10 days to return/exchange merchandise for a full refund less the shipping charges. All return/exchange merchandise with no indications of use, resalable condition, original packaging, documents, components and accessories will be accepted. Internet Store receipt must be present for all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

After 10 Days up to 30 days no return exchange/store credit only.

After 30 days, all product concerns will be dealt with as warranty issues and may be directed to the manufacturer.

We hope you will be thoroughly delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email sales@macklems.com to advise us that you want to return your product(s). We will send you a Return Authorization form that will need to be filled out in order to process your return. For a refund /exchange. Internet Store receipt must be present for all returns.

These items are a Final Sale- no returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

We care about your health and the health of your baby. Please understand that some items cannot be returned under any circumstance due to the nature of their use. Since we cannot guarantee the use of a product once it leaves the store, we cannot accept items that require a trust of quality between retailer and customer. This is the only way we can maintain the integrity of our service and ensure that no previously used items (that fall into this category) find their way into the hands of another consumer.

For safety reasons all Car seats, extra car seat bases & Car Boosters are Final Sale and cannot be return under any circumstances.
